Trama
Trisha makes a hearty breakfast for her friend, Glenda, in her cherished cast-iron pan: Hash Browns with Cheesy Eggs and Avocado. Then, they go antiquing to buy Glenda her own cast-iron pan, and Trisha shows Glenda how to restore and care for it. To demonstrate how the pan can be used for both savory and sweet, Trisha prepares Country Ham Carbonara and Buttermilk Strawberry Skillet Cake with Whipped Cream and Sugared Pecans.
