Trisha honors her sister, Beth, by preparing a special meal full of Beth's personal favorites like Maple-Glazed Salmon, Potato Casserole, Roasted Broccoli and Carrots with Carrot-Top Pesto, and Apple and Chocolate Cake, while Beth enjoys the day off doing some of her favorite activities. Throughout the day, Trisha surprises Beth with special gifts from each of her children, including a surprise visit from her son Kyle
