Finnegan and Newbern revive the '73 Chevy Ramp Truck after years of sitting idle in order to bring home the '55 Chevy Gasser known as Blasphemi. With a compound turbo 5.9L Cummins diesel now under the hood in place of the 454ci big-block Chevy, there's only one question: with over 1,300 ft-lb of torque, will the Ramp Truck spin the tires?
