Trama
Shiina accidentally shoots an undercover investigator. Conflict erupts between the Police Department and the Ministry. The Chinese mafia think the Yakuza shot their member and launch an attack. Orihara wants to escape and is presented with an unexpected condition. Headquarters pursue Tokita and Shiina. Misato and Arira try to contact them.
