Chloe is struggling to cope with the loss of her mother and has been bottling up her emotions, leading to minor explosions. Nicolette follows her to comfort her and remind her its okay to be sad. Meanwhile, Paul is angry with Terese for signing a new lease for Harolds after the deadline has passed and shifts his attention to Ned, wanting to take a closer look at the Hives bookings.
