Gary surprises Amy with a public proposal at her birthdaywedding party, but shes uncomfortable and takes him aside to explain that she cant marry him like this. Meanwhile, tensions rise between Terese and Leo over Vance, and Paul criticizes Sheilas son. Gary announces that the wedding wont happen and turns the celebration into an Amy birthday party.
