Steph tells Ellen that the shoes are hers and suggests throwing them away, but Ellen insists on burning them. Ellen reveals she saw Mark take the shoes, causing Steph to panic. They call Mark, who agrees to cover up the incident. Gary plans a grand gesture for Terese but is interrupted by Paul, who bought the penthouse.
