Harold is upset to discover that Amber overheard his advice to Daniel not to marry her but Madge urges him to stick to his beliefs on the topic. Lou’s impassioned defence of Amber sways Harold to agree to apologise to her, but then Imogen’s obvious inability to enthuse over the impending marriage makes him question Daniel and Amber’s choice once again.
