A completely different intro sequence that was created during early production—not used in the final show. More stylized and abstract, sometimes referred to by fans as the “blue anatomy” version. Features different music and a more dramatic tone. Sometimes called "Grey's Anatomy Avant-Garde Intro" on fan forums.
