Puffy the Pied Piper is episode 5 of the second season of the Australian produced show Flipper and Lopaka. In this episode all the finned friends of Quetzo gather for the annual beauty parade to share their various charms. But showing off shiny scales, beautiful colors and flowing fins does not make everyone happy.
