Gwen resents Jim's interest in her debts. Debs is stunned when Duggie turns on her, humiliating her in the Rovers. Jack tutors Tyrone in his driving test theory. A social worker, Lydia Summers, calls on the Platts and angers Martin by seeing them as a problem family and by wondering if he's the baby's father. Duggie tells Natalie he does like Debs but feels guilty as she was his first date since Laura died. Martin is angry with himself as he feels he's neglected Sarah by not paying her enough attention.
