Trama
When Percy paints 'No Parking' outside No. 3, someone changes it so it reads 'nosy parker'. Emily orders him to get all the paint off the pavement, but he refuses to believe anyone thinks him a nosy parker, believing it was meant for Emily. Rita tells Mavis that Alan has left her and Jenny tells Alan that if he makes her choose between him or Rita, she'll choose Rita.
