It's a journey that will end either in medical breakthrough, and miraculous recovery, or his continued decline. At the age of 25, Mark received the devastating news that he had MS - a degenerative condition of the central nervous system, for which there is currently no cure. He is now 50 and over the last few years, Mark's condition has worsened. Mark first came to the widespread public attention as the lawyer who represented Milly Dowler's family and over 180 hacking victims in the News of the World phone hacking trial.
